I have maintained a passion for storytelling and the arts that has driven me to constantly seek new challenges and refine my skills. Furthermore, having directed major, high-stakes projects with millions of dollars on the line, I am confident in my ability to keep a project focused, on time, and within budget.

Over recent months, I have devoted time to learning and honing my skill as a creative who can leverage the power of AI to enhance and augment my output. Background

One of the happiest and most fulfilling days of my life was walking across the stage in Thompson-Boling Arena to receive my Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism & Electronic Media from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I come from a long line of agriculture and farmers, and am the first member of the Johnson family to finish college.

Born and raised in the small town of Maryville, Tennessee at the base of the Appalachian Mountains, I knew early on that I wanted to achieve a career in the science of communication and media.

After graduating from Heritage High School in 2012 with a 4.02 GPA, I spent a year (2012-2013) at Middle Tennessee State University before transferring back east to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2013-2016) to be closer to my family as we underwent some challenging times. Not to be deterred, I persisted through my studies and graduated on time.

With my Bachelor’s in hand, I set out to acquire as much experience and knowledge as quickly and efficiently as possible. From cable television to social media content, lone wolf to international marketing team member, I have spent the past decade growing and cultivating a skill set to leverage in a constantly changing digital ecosystem.

When I am not working at the office or from home, I find myself often wandering through the forest and exploring nature. Hikes with my German Shepherd, Jasmine, are the perfect escape from busy city life. I have a deep passion for nature and animal conservation as well as a healthy fear and respect for such wonders that inhabit our beautiful planet.

Additionally, I am incredibly passionate about the tabletop board gaming industry and can talk endlessly about games such as Dungeons & Dragons, Daggerheart, Castles & Crusades, and my latest obsession, Warhammer 40K.

I currently work as the Creative Manager, Content for NAPA Auto Parts. It’s an honor to create engaging content for such a reputable, Fortune 200 company that for nearly a century has served this country and kept its people moving.
